1. General Information

2. Estimates & Pricing
• Any prices, timelines, or descriptions shown on this website are preliminary and non-binding. • Final pricing is provided only after an on-site inspection or detailed project review. • Written estimates may change if hidden conditions are discovered (including but not limited to moisture damage, structural issues, outdated wiring, plumbing defects, or code violations).
A project becomes binding only after a written agreement is signed by both parties.
3. Scope of Work
• The scope of work is strictly limited to what is described in the signed agreement or estimate. • Any additional work not included in the original scope will be treated as a change order and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. • Tile-Igos is not responsible for pre-existing conditions that were not visible or accessible prior to work commencement.
Scheduling & Timelines
• Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including: • Weather conditions • Material availability • Permit approvals • Inspection scheduling • Client-requested changes • Tile-Igos is not liable for delays caused by third parties or unforeseen conditions.
5. Permits & Code Compliance
• Where required and agreed upon, Tile-Igos performs work in accordance with British Columbia Building Code and applicable local regulations. • Permit requirements vary by municipality and scope of work. • Unless otherwise stated in writing, permit fees and application responsibilities may not be included in the estimate.
6. Site Access & Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to: • Provide safe and reasonable access to the worksite • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available if required • Remove or protect personal belongings near work areas unless otherwise agreedTile-Igos is not responsible for delays or damages caused by unsafe conditions or restricted access..
7. Payments
• Payment terms are outlined in the signed agreement or invoice.
• Deposits may be required before work begins.
• Late or missed payments may result in work suspension or additional fees.
8. Warranty & Workmanship
• Warranty terms, if applicable, are specified only in the written contract.
• Warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party work
• Materials supplied by the client unless otherwise agreed
9. Insurance & Liability
Tile-Igos is fully insured and registered with WorkSafeBC.
Our liability is limited to the scope of work defined in the signed agreement.
Under no circumstances shall Tile-Igos be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
