What is your call-out fee and what does it include?
Our call-out fee is $150–$250 depending on location.
It covers travel time, fuel, scheduling, project assessment, and securing a dedicated time slot for your service.
This fee is non-refundable and is required to book the appointment.What is your hourly rate?
Labour rate is $100/hr (one technician).
A 3-hour minimum applies to all handyman services.Do you offer free estimates?
For handyman jobs, we do not offer free on-site estimates, as most tasks are small and can be completed during the visit.
We can provide a free rough estimate by text/photo before booking.Do you work with small jobs?
Yes — we handle small to medium home repair tasks.
However, all handyman visits have a minimum service cost of $500, which includes the call-out fee and the 3-hour labour minimum.
Even small jobs require travel, professional tools, setup, and time, so the minimum charge always applies.What areas do you service?

MissionHow are materials handled?
Some basic materials — such as screws, anchors, caulking, joint compound, and small hardware — are usually available on-site with our technician.
These items are billed to the client and added to the final invoice.
If specific materials are required, you may:
1️⃣ Provide the materials yourself, ready for the appointment,
or
2️⃣ We can purchase the materials for you.
Any time spent driving to the store and purchasing materials is billed at the regular hourly rate, and all materials are added to the invoice with receipts.
This ensures you receive the correct products for the job and full transparency on all costs.Can I book without paying the call-out fee?
Appointments are secured only after the call-out fee is paid.
We do not hold time slots without payment.Do you remove garbage or construction debris?
Basic cleanup is included.
Debris removal or dump runs are billed separately (time + disposal fees).
