✅ Complete Deck Restoration & Fascia Replacement | Coquitlam, BC
In this project, we completed a full restoration of a second-level deck with a focus on durability and clean execution:
– Carefully removed all fascia boards without damaging the flashing
– Fully dismantled the railings and replaced all posts and top handrails
– Replaced all damaged deck boards with pressure-treated straight wood, built for long-term performance
– Around each post base, we applied clear exterior silicone to prevent water from penetrating and causing future rot
– All materials used are designed for exterior durability and long-lasting protection
