Full basement renovation in Coquitlam
We’ve started a full basement renovation in Coquitlam after receiving permit approval from the city. The first step is removing the old drywall and installing ROCKWOOL Safe’n’Sound insulation — one of the best solutions for soundproofing between rooms, while also providing excellent fire and thermal protection.
Next, we’ll finish the walls with two layers of drywall: a 1/2” base layer followed by a 5/8” Type X fire-rated layer for maximum noise reduction and safety.
